Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Nohé Khaldi (hereinafter "the Provider") and any client who has ordered website creation or related services.

2. Services

Services offered include:

• Website design and development (business sites, landing pages, e-commerce, portfolios, corporate websites)
• Hosting and domain name configuration
• Basic SEO setup (technical configuration, indexing)
• Analytics dashboard
• Maintenance and updates (separate plan)

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided via a custom quote, issued following the request form. Any accepted quote constitutes an order.

Payment terms: 50% upon order, 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise specified in the quote.

Payment accepted via bank transfer or Stripe.

4. Timelines

Indicative timelines are specified in the quote. Most business website projects are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks from quote approval and receipt of necessary materials (copy, images, branding). Timelines exclude delays caused by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

The Provider transfers to the client, upon delivery and full payment, non-exclusive commercial usage rights to the delivered website.

Source code, mockups, and proprietary tools remain the property of the Provider unless otherwise specified in the quote.

6. Liability

The Provider shall not be held responsible for content provided by the client, nor for the commercial results of the website. The client is responsible for ensuring their business complies with applicable laws.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings. Failing agreement, the competent court shall be that of the Provider's domicile (French law applies).
